My training approach and philosophy

Training has to be fun for you to reach your goal. This is achieved with variety in the training. This include easy jog, intervals, alternative training, running specific strength training, running drills etc.

A key for performing over time is to have continuity i the training over time.

Every training program is tailored and will take into account, your ambitions, your physical starting point and not at least your total load to make sure the program is tailored to hectic periods at work or at home

Online training and coaching

Together with you we will based on your training history, injuries, ambitions and goals in an initial meeting find a training set-up which will make sure is right for you and the total load is in line other priorities as work, family, friends etc.

Price: NOK 2 500 per month - minimum period is three month to ensure development and establish routines

Whats included?

  • Comprehensive start-up session for be able to tailor the training program to your level

  • Individual training plan tailored your goals, ambitions and time schedule

  • Ongoing follow up sessions to make necessary adjustments based on load and development

Personal trainer (PT sessions)

Are you looking for a personal trainer for individual training sessions after at your own requests an hourly PT session might be the right for you

Price: NOK 1 500 per hour

An individual session can include for example

  • Running drills

  • Running technique

  • Interval sessions

  • Lactate measurements session

  • Strength training for runners

The program can be tailored to your needs and level

Corporate training

Your are a group with a common goal or just want to get help to get more structured training with colleagues.

The sessions are tailored to your liking and ambitions. It can be running intervals and strength drills outside in the summer month or at your office in the winter

Price: NOK 3 000 per hour
